Parents and guardians will help lead their children through the guided activities which promote strength-building, coordination, agility, and balance in an exciting and social atmosphere. Children will practice the proper positioning for handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls, and more while engaging classroom skills including direction-following through positive reinforcement.

Skills including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and forward rolls will be taught at a high level in a progressive and proficient manner, with wellness at the core of the program. Benefit from gymnastics and fitness-focused prompts while building strength, agility, balance, and flexibility in this dynamic small-group youth personal training offering. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a thoughtful craft at the end of each class.
