• Cancellation and Refund Policy for Summer Camps:
  
  
  • A $25 per camper non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for each week of camp in order to guarantee participation. If a camp reaches capacity prior to payment of the deposit, the registrant will be placed on a waiting list.
  • Balance of camp fee must be paid at least 5 business days prior to the start of camp in order to guarantee attendance (for example, balance must be paid by the Monday prior to the start of a Monday camp).
  • 100% refund (minus non-refundable deposit or fees) – registrant withdraws 5 or more business days before first camp date.  
  • 50% refund (minus non-refundable deposit or fees) – registrant withdraws 3 days prior to the first camp date.
  • No Refund - registrant withdraws less than 3 days prior to start of camp date.
  • After the end of the first day of camp no refund will be given.
  • In the event of an extended illness or injury, a prorated refund may be issued after the start of a camp. We must receive written notification along with a physician’s note excusing the participant from participating. All documentation must be received before the last session of the camp.
