Taekwondo at DCS - Fall TKD
Come learn an introduction to the traditional Korean martial art of Taekwondo at Durham Community School for any student who wishes to take part! There is no experience necessary, but if you have some training, that is fine too.Learn basic kicking and striking skills, self protection and defense skills, and traditional forms and patterns for the new student. You'll also learn ways to improve your physical fitness and focus while developing a positive attitude in your daily life! Come try out some classes and start on a track to achieving your first belt!Classes taught by Master Chasse, a Taekwondo instructor who has trained for over 38 years and taught for 25+, as well. Come try a 6-week course to get yourselves started on this exciting journey of learning an ancient art practiced by millions around the world! Sweatpants and a t-shirt will be all you need to start.
