Mindfulness in Nature

Spending just 20 minutes in nature each day improves your emotional and physical health and well-being.  One of the best practices is journaling.  Come create your own unique nature journal and learn several nature-focused mindfulness exercises to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.

Fee for class is $50, and a materials fee of $2.50 will be required on the day of the class to the instructor.
