Acorn Processing

This course will provide step-by-step directions of how to gather and process acorns into food, as well as some of the meals you can use them in. You may collect some acorns ahead of time if you’d like to start processing during the online course. However, processing acorns takes many days, so keep in mind that we will just be getting you started, and giving you the information you need to finish processing later on your own.

Course will be offered virtually.
