Tumbling & Fitness: Toddler & Parent - Late Fall Learn beginner tumbling and gymnastics skills while exploring athletic movement in this dynamic class. Parents and guardians will act as coaches to help lead their children through the guided activities which promote strength-building, coordination, agility, and balance in a fun and social atmosphere. Children will practice the proper positioning for handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls, and more while engaging classroom skills including direction-following through positive reinforcement.

Skills including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and forward rolls will be taught at a high level in a progressive and proficient manner, with fitness and wellness at the core of the program. Benefit from gymnastics and fitness-focused games and prompts, while building strength, agility, balance, and flexibility in this dynamic small-group personal training offering.
