RSU5 Community Programs reserves the right to cancel or consolidate any program that doesn't meet minimum participant registration numbers. If a class or activity is cancelled we will do so at least five (5) business days before the scheduled start date. Early registration helps assure activities won't be cancelled. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be refunded or credited 100% of the class fee. Online registration convenience fees are non-refundable. Accounts will be credited for all refunds under $10. When a check is requested for a larger refund, allow up to three weeks for the refund to process. Credit and debit card refunds will be processed immediately if the original transaction was paid with a card. We cannot process cash refunds.Regular Programs/Classes 100% refund – registrant withdraws 5 or more business days before first program date. 50% refund – registrant withdraws 3 days prior to or on the first program date. No refund – registrant withdraws fewer than 3 days before a one-class program. After the end of the first class no refund will be given. In the event of an extended illness or injury, a prorated refund may be issued after the start of a program. We must receive written notification along with a physician’s note excusing the participant from participating. All documentation must be received before the last session of the program. Please note that for programs including contracted services, such as trips, refunds will not be issued. Campers may not attend camp until full balance is paid and all paperwork is completed (see Summer Camp Handbook). Payment plans are available for families in need. A payment plan agreement must be signed at the office at least two weeks prior to the beginning of a camp.
