Travel Basketball (Grade 5-6)
Maine offers various opportunities for kids to play basketball at a higher level. We are offering early registration for those interested in a competitive Travel Basketball league. Registration for this program closes on November 1st, 2026, with the Evaluation Night taking place the week of November 2nd (exact date/time TBD). We will not accept any new registrations after evaluations have concluded, no exceptions. All players must register and pay the fee online before attending evaluations. If cuts are necessary, any player not placed on a team will have their full registration fee refunded.
After the evaluation night and when teams are established, a coach will reach out with details on practice days and times.
Teams will practice twice per week beginning the week of November 9th. The official game schedule is TBD, but games will likely begin the last week of November and run until February break. Additional pre-season scrimmages and post-season tournaments are available for teams that are interested (tournaments may require additional fees not covered by the registration fee).
